In our workshops, people with and without special needs work together. Every day, 4 co-workers and 13 participants with intellectual disabilities help each other to discover themselves in the professional field.
Celebrating diversity
At the FULL HEARTS workshop, we celebrate the diversity of genders, ages, disabilities, hobbies and characters in our work every day: we aim to respond to the individual needs of everyone, whether with or without a disability, to adapt the workplace, access to information.

The activity of the social workshop is the production of exercise books for Waldorf schools, notepads and notebooks, postcards etc. .
Address : S.Lozoraičio str 22, Garliava, Kaunas district.
Social workshop participants – 10 places for persons with intellectual/complex disabilities.
The duration of work is from 3 to 6 hours per day (according to the individual's capabilities, it can be combined with already available activities)..

MARTYNAS STORY
Martynas Malinauskas, who has had an autism spectrum disorder since childhood, opens up: although it is not easy for him to integrate into communities or get used to any activity. He started dreaming about work as soon as he graduated from special school.
